Personal Touches
We really care for our housemates, and like to provide personal touches to make them feel at home and cared for as part of our Perfect Rooms 4 U community. We love the holidays and decorate our houses for Christmas, every house receives a lovely hamper filled with goodies as well as a personal gift for each tenant. You can’t have Easter without chocolate and love gifting all our tenants Easter Eggs each year. All housemates also receive a Birthday card.
Pick Up Service
We provide a pick-up service for all our potential tenants. Collecting them from the nearest station to the property, allowing them to get to know us and the area they will be living in. Displaying from the start how well they will be looked after living in one of our properties
All Inclusive
Sharing made simple. All bills are included in your rent, so you will never have to worry about hidden costs or surprise extra bills. Allowing you to relax and know your exact living expenses for the month. It also means no worrying about housemates paying their share. Allowing you to relax and enjoy your lovely new home.
Serviced
We provide weekly cleaning of all communal areas, as well as your en-suite bathrooms. Giving you more time to relax and enjoy your lovely home. To ensure the gardens stay well kept, we also have gardeners who routinely come to maintain them, allowing you to experience all the benefits of outdoor space without any of the work. All for no extra charge.
WFH Made Easy
With super fast and business broadbands in our houses and desk and chairs in most rooms working from home is simple. We now also have the option of a foldable desk to help with utilising the space in each room. On top of that, you can enjoy perfectly designed communal areas and outdoor spaces to get a break from work and enjoy time relaxing with your fellow housemates.
Rooms
All our rooms are beautifully furnished, modern double rooms, most of which also have en suite bathrooms. All our homes have spacious well designed communal areas and designer fully equipped kitchens. An added bonus of our homes is the well-kept spacious gardens.
Repairs
We respond as quickly as possible to all messages from our tenants. We work on ensuring repairs happen within 24 hours. We also regularly conduct house inspections to allow us to identify any maintenance issues and respond to any potential issues before they become a problem.
Security
Your safety is the utmost importance to us, all our homes are certified as gas and electric safe with smoke alarms and fire doors. We conduct weekly fire checks in all our houses and routine electrical and gas safety inspections.
